This document is a public offer from <Company name> (the “Provider”) and sets out the essential terms for providing information and educational services related to learning to work with artificial intelligence. By paying for a course on the site, the person placing the order (the “User”) accepts this offer in full and enters into a services agreement on the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

School means Contour, an applied artificial intelligence school operating under this offer. User means an individual who has accepted this offer by paying for a course. Course means a set of educational materials (video lessons, written notes, practical assignments) made available on a paid basis. Account means the section of the site available to the User after registration, through which access to purchased courses is provided.

2. Subject of the offer

The Provider agrees to give the User access to the selected course through the account on the site, and the User agrees to pay for that access on the terms of this offer. The services are informational and educational in nature.

3. Entering into the agreement

This offer is accepted once the User pays for a selected course on the site. From the moment payment is received, the agreement between the Provider and the User is considered concluded on the terms of this offer.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card through the payment provider connected to the site. The price of a course is shown on the course page in US dollars and includes all applicable taxes. The User’s payment obligation is considered fulfilled once funds are received in the Provider’s account.

5. Term and delivery of access

Access to the course materials opens automatically in the User’s account within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Access to paid materials has no expiry date and includes future updates to the course content.

6. Refunds

The User may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment, provided less than 20% of the course materials have been accessed. To request a refund, send a message to the Provider’s email listed on the contact page. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days of the request.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider agrees to give access to course materials of the quality and content described on the course page, and to keep the account in working order. The User agrees not to share account access with third parties and to use the course materials for personal purposes only, without further distribution.

8. Liability

Each party is liable for failing to perform, or improperly performing, its obligations under this offer in accordance with applicable law. The Provider is not liable for being unable to provide access for reasons outside its control, such as the User’s internet connection failing or the actions of third parties.

9. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for partial or full failure to perform their obligations under this offer if that failure results from force majeure circumstances arising after the agreement was concluded and beyond the parties’ control.

10. Term and changes to the offer

This offer is valid indefinitely from the moment it is published on the site. The Provider may amend the text of the offer at its own discretion by publishing a new version on the site. The terms in effect at the time of payment for a course remain binding for agreements already concluded.
