These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern how you may use the Contour site (the “Site”) and the materials of the courses published on it. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to every part of the Site, including the course catalog, the account area and materials available after payment. Payment and refund terms for courses are governed by a separate document, the public offer.
To access the account area and purchased courses, you create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and may not share account access with third parties.
Access to course materials is granted for the personal use of the user who purchased the course. Copying, publicly reproducing, distributing or reselling course materials to third parties without the School’s written consent is prohibited.
All materials on the Site (text, video lessons, written notes, design and code) are the intellectual property of the School or are used under a valid license. Using these materials in any way not permitted by these Terms is not allowed.

The School works to keep the Site running smoothly but does not guarantee it will be free of technical issues. The School is not liable for how a user applies knowledge gained from a course outside the context of the course assignments.
The School may update these Terms at its own discretion by publishing a new version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by <governing law and jurisdiction>. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled in accordance with applicable law.
